Caregiver

Caregiver role focused on providing personal care services per the resident service plan, including ADLs such as bathing, dressing, eating, hygiene, and mobility. Responsibilities include observing and reporting changes in health and safety, responding to call signals and emergencies, assisting with transfers and mobility aids, serving meals and bussing, offering companionship to residents, laundering clothing and linens, light housekeeping, maintaining confidentiality, and reporting injuries. The position supports teamwork, follows directives, and may involve RN delegation.
