Job Summary
Caregiver duties include assisting residents with daily living activities (ADLs), mobility, bathing, dressing, and grooming; provide companionship and encourage participation in community activities; assist with meal preparation and service, light housekeeping, and maintaining a comfortable, home-like environment; provide medication reminders as needed; experience with dementia beneficial; willingness to undergo on-the-job training; strong customer service skills, empathy, and a compassionate approach to elderly care; full-time position with state residency requirements and benefits including health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, and other perks.
