Job Summary
Caregiver needed for daytime shifts to provide non-medical in-home support and companionship to senior clients in Springfield, MO and surrounding communities. Responsibilities include personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting), medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, grocery shopping, assistance with mobility and transfers, and transportation to doctor appointments. Requires travel to client homes; background check and drug screening required; driver’s license preferred. Starting at $15/hour with regular pay raises, bonuses, and AFLAC benefits after 90 days.
Required Qualifications
- Active phone for scheduling purposes
- Background check and drug screening (state/nationwide)
- Current Driver's license preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of caregiver experience preferred
