Job Summary
Provide non-medical assistance and companionship to seniors at home, including issuing medication reminders, conducting household errands, and assisting with bathing, dressing, and grooming. Help clients with mobility, grocery shopping, meal preparation, and light housekeeping while ensuring their safety during transfers. This part-time role offers flexible day or weekend shifts with weekend wage premiums, a $500 sign-on bonus, and competitive pay. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required for traveling to client homes in Hanover and surrounding PA areas. CNA license preferred, though not required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years to apply
- Passing criminal background check and drug screening
- Valid Driver's License, proof of auto insurance, and reliable vehicle are required
- Positive attitude and proven track record of dependability
- Communicate effectively at all times with clients, peers, and supervisors
- 1 year of professional caregiving experience preferred
