Job Summary
Caregiver position in Chattanooga (1st Shift) providing in-home personal care and companionship to clients. Responsibilities include personal care and hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming, incontinence care), meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, transportation to appointments and errands, mobility assistance and safety supervision, and engaging clients in companionship activities. Requires valid driver’s license and vehicle with insurance, ability to lift at least 50 pounds, and ability to travel to client homes. Benefits include starting pay of $15/hour with weekly or daily pay options, PTO, training, insurance, mileage reimbursement, 401K, and EAP; equal opportunity employer. 6 months caregiving experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license and vehicle with valid auto insurance
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to pass a background check
- Willing to travel to client home
