Job Summary
Provide specialized support to seniors with Alzheimer’s and dementia in a one-on-one in-home setting, including assisting with activities of daily living, offering companionship, and implementing memory-care routines. Communicate effectively with families and care teams, maintain a safe and structured environment, and deliver high-quality, compassionate care. Requires experience as a caregiver (CNA/HHA/PCA) and the ability to pass a background check; must be eligible to work in the U.S.; reliable transportation is preferred. Shift options include part-time, days/nights/weekends with bi-weekly pay and opportunities for training and career growth.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Nurse Aide, HHA, or PCA
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
