Job Summary
Caregiver needed for daytime shifts to assist seniors in their own homes. Responsibilities include personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting), companionship, meal preparation and light housekeeping, medication reminders, transportation assistance to appointments, accurate documentation of care activities, and providing a supportive, home-based care experience. Requires driving access, reliable transportation, eligibility to work in the U.S., and the ability to pass background checks. Offers weekly pay, flexible schedules, paid orientation and training, PTO, benefits, 401(k) with match, and mileage reimbursement. Locations include Swarthmore, PA area (Delaware County) with in-person work. The role aligns with titles such as Home Health Aide, CNA, Direct Care Worker, Personal Care Aide, in-home caregiver, etc.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months caregiving experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Able to pass background checks
- 2 professional references
