Job Summary
Caregiver for day coverage in San Diego providing non-medical in-home support to clients. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, feeding, ambulation, hygiene, transferring, toileting, reminding about medications, meal planning/prep, light housekeeping and laundry, transportation, and companionship. Must be registered with the CA Home Care Aide Registry, hold TB certificate, complete required forms (LIC 508/501, SOC 341A), and have at least five hours of entry-level training prior to client presence. Required Qualifications
- Registered with state of CA and active HCA number
- 18 years of age or older
- Clearance Verified on the Home Care Aide Registry
- Current TB certificate
- Valid I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification documents
- Completed LIC 508 (Criminal Record Statement)
- Completed LIC 501 (Personnel Record)
- SOC 341A (Statement Acknowledging Requirement to Report Suspected Abuse)
