Job Summary
Provide non-medical home care to clients following each client’s Plan of Care, including transportation to appointments and activities, light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, dressing, bathing, mobility, and incontinence care; offer companionship and emotional support; document care and provide reminders as directed. Demand a High School Diploma or GED and valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle; background check required. Flexible scheduling with Weekdays, Weekends, Awake Overnight and Live-In shifts across Connecticut (Hartford area). Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Open availability preferred
- Experience as a Caregiver, HHA, CNA, PCA, or Companion is a plus
