Caregiver/CRMA - 2nd and 3rd Shifts

Administer or assist with medication administration according to physician orders, documenting all actions on the Medication Administration Record and conducting required narcotic counts. Provide physical and psychosocial care including assistance with activities of daily living, mobility, and personal hygiene while maintaining resident dignity. Conduct change-of-shift reports, monitor resident conditions, and respond promptly to emergencies by reporting to the charge nurse or Wellness Director. Ensure infection control compliance, maintain room cleanliness, and participate in resident activities and staff meetings. Work full-time in 2nd and 3rd shifts with a salary of $18.50 to $21.50 per hour. State certification and drug testing are required; experience in assisted living is preferred.
