Provide compassionate and competent care for residents by assisting with bathing, showering, grooming, and dressing, while supporting dining, wheelchair escorts, and medication reminders. Answer resident call signals and facilitate participation in life enrichment activities. Maintain punctuality and professionalism throughout your shift. This role involves standing for long periods and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds. Work within an employee-first culture that prioritizes growth through monthly performance conversations and treats staff as family.

- Ability to review detailed documents and read computer screens
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to occasionally travel to different locations
