Job Summary
Caregivers provide in-home support to elderly and clients in Albuquerque/Rio Rancho, Santa Fe, Española, and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting), companionship, meal preparation and feeding, medication administration as directed, mobility support and transfers, light housekeeping, monitoring health changes, documenting client activities and progress, and maintaining a safe, clean home environment. Requires compassionate, reliable individuals with basic health and safety understanding; high school diploma or equivalent is required. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred or willing to obtain. Flexible schedules and full-time opportunities available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting or assisting with mobility
