Job Summary
Provide non-medical home care following each client's Plan of Care; transport clients to appointments and activities; assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and grocery shopping; assist with dressing, bathing, mobility, and incontinence care; offer companionship and emotional support; document care and provide reminders as directed. Requires a High School Diploma or GED, valid driver’s license with auto insurance and reliable vehicle, and ability to pass a criminal background check. Open availability preferred. Experience as a Caregiver, HHA, CNA, PCA, or Companion is a plus. Based in Connecticut with multiple service areas (Chaplin, CT).
