Job Summary
Provide non-medical home care following each client's Plan of Care; transport clients to appointments and activities; assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and grocery shopping; support dressing, bathing, mobility, and incontinence care; offer companionship and emotional support; document care and provide reminders as directed; schedule includes Weekdays, Weekends, Awake Overnight, and Live-In shifts; benefits include PTO, holiday pay, medical/dental/401(k), and referral bonuses; opportunities for ongoing training.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
