Job Summary
Caregiver role for Companions & Homemakers in Connecticut. Provide non-medical home care per each client’s Plan of Care, transport clients to appointments, assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, dressing, bathing, mobility, and incontinence care. Deliver companionship and emotional support, document care and reminders as directed. Flexible scheduling (weekdays, weekends, overnights, live-in opportunities). Requires a High School Diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, reliable vehicle, and ability to pass a criminal background check. Open availability preferred; prior experience as a Caregiver/HHA/CNA/PCA or Companion is a plus. Benefits include PTO, holiday pay, medical/dental/401(k), referral bonuses, and ongoing training.
