Job Summary
Provide non-medical home care per each client's Plan of Care, including transporting clients, light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, dressing, bathing, mobility and incontinence care, and offering companionship; document care and provide reminders as directed; flexible schedule with weekdays, weekends, overnights, and live-in shifts in Connecticut; requires high school diploma/GED, valid driver's license and auto insurance, and ability to pass a background check; benefits include PTO, holiday pay, and referral bonuses.
