Job Summary
Provide non-medical home care following each client's Plan of Care; transport clients to appointments and activities; assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and grocery shopping; help with dressing, bathing, mobility, and incontinence care; offer companionship and emotional support; document care and provide reminders as directed. Flexible scheduling includes Weekdays, Weekends, Awake Overnight, and Live-In shifts; benefits include PTO, holiday pay, medical, dental, and 401(k); referral bonus and ongoing training available.
Required Qualifications

- Valid driver’s license
- Auto insurance
- Reliable vehicle
