Job Summary
Take the consumer out into the community and ensure their safety while providing daily support. Assist with toileting reminders as needed for the 71-year-old female consumer with Down syndrome. Work Wednesday through Friday from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m., totaling 18 hours per week with potential for additional hours. Must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver's license, have a high school diploma, and pass a level II background screening.
