Job Summary
Provide personal hygiene assistance for clients (elderly or post-surgery) including bathing, dressing, and feeding; remind and assist with prescribed medications; help with mobility and accompany to appointments; assist with meal preparation, errands, and light housekeeping; respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies; offer activities essential for daily living and companionship to enhance clients’ quality of life. Must be compassionate, patient, with excellent customer service, organizational, and time-management skills; valid driver's license and reliable transportation; able to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends; prior in-home care/healthcare experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent/Experience as a Caregiver
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
- Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year - preferred)
- Supportive and compassionate
