Job Summary
Prepare meals, manage laundry, and perform light household chores while assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. Monitor resident health and safety, complete documentation including progress notes and data logs, and encourage engagement in recreational or educational activities. Transport residents to medical appointments and assist with other assigned duties. Work full-time, part-time, or sleep shifts including weekends, requiring reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Must pass criminal background and motor vehicle checks.

- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Must pass criminal background and Motor Vehicle checks as a condition of contract employment
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Must be able to lift 80 pounds
- Must pass drug, alcohol, employment, criminal background, and Motor Vehicle checks as a condition of contract employment
