Job Summary
Provide care and support to residents, assisting with activities of daily living (dressing, grooming, peri-care, toileting, hygiene), meal service in the dining room, light housekeeping, and laundry while promoting independence. Communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, and associates; observe changes in health or emotional wellbeing and report to supervision. Maintain a safe, clean, and dignified care environment; participate in leisure activities per the activity calendar; assist with trainings and mentor new employees; respond promptly to resident requests and ensure proper sign-out procedures. Emphasize empathy, kindness, and HIPAA compliance; be a team player and essential personnel during emergencies and inclement weather.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 1-2 years related experience and/or training.
