Caregiver

Caregiver needed to provide compassionate, resident-focused support in daily living activities, including dressing, grooming, peri-care, toileting, hygiene, meal service, and light housekeeping. Responsibilities include assisting with dining, enabling independence, engaging residents in leisure activities, maintaining a clean and safe environment, observing and reporting health changes, signing residents out as needed, and adhering to HIPAA regulations. Must communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff; demonstrate empathy and respect; work as part of a team; and participate in trainings and mandatory meetings. Requires high school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) and 1-2 years related experience or training. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as described.
