Job Summary
Caregiver needed to provide compassionate, resident-focused support in daily living activities, including dressing, grooming, peri-care, toileting, hygiene, meal service, and light housekeeping. Responsibilities include assisting with dining, enabling independence, engaging residents in leisure activities, maintaining a clean and safe environment, observing and reporting health changes, signing residents out as needed, and adhering to HIPAA regulations. Must communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff; demonstrate empathy and respect; work as part of a team; and participate in trainings and mandatory meetings. Requires high school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) and 1-2 years related experience or training. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as described. Florida contact provided in the posting is noted but the role is based in Murrells Inlet, SC with duties across the community and adjacent areas.
