Job Summary
Assist clients with daily activities to help them stay independent in their own homes, including personal care, mobility transfers, range of motion exercises, meal planning, and household needs. Provide companionship and respite services for families while managing transportation requirements with a reliable vehicle. Work Monday through Friday for 6 hours daily, with potential split shifts covering morning and night hours. This role supports clients in Gilbert, AZ, within a certified Great Place To Work environment focused on building meaningful relationships.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
- Reliable vehicle to support client transportation needs
- Previous experience as an at home caregiver
- Must be able to assist with ambulation, toileting, showering and transportation needs
- Monday through Friday 6-8 hours a day
- Possibility that this turns into a split shift working 4 hours in the morning and 4 hours at night
