Job Summary
Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Provide companionship and emotional support, prepare nutritious meals, and perform light housekeeping duties. Transport clients to appointments and errands while monitoring health and documenting condition changes. Maintain a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus. Required Qualifications
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Previous caregiving, home health, or personal care aide experience preferred
- Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
