Job Summary
As a caregiver at ComForCare, you will assist clients with daily activities to promote independence while providing personal care, mobility assistance, meal management, and companionship. The role requires a valid CNA license, CPR certification, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. with experience using mobility devices preferred. This position offers flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and performance-based bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
- Valid CNA License
- Current CPR and First aid certificate
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Able to lift minimum 50 lbs. and perform necessary movements.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and follow a written Plan of Care/Aide Care Plan.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as an at home caregiver or in senior communities is a bonus.
- Experience with Hoyer lift and other mobility assistance devices.
