Job Summary
Assist clients with daily activities, personal care, mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises. Manage meal planning, preparation, feeding, and household needs while providing transportation support. Offer companionship and respite services to families. Must be able to assist with ambulation, toileting, and showering. Requires a reliable vehicle, high school diploma or G.E.D., and previous at-home caregiver experience. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 6–8 hours daily, with possible split shifts (4 hours morning, 4 hours night). Located in Gilbert, AZ.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
- Reliable vehicle to support client transportation needs
- Previous experience as an at home caregiver
- Must be able to assist with ambulation, toileting, showering and transportation needs
- Must be able to assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes
- Must provide assistance with personal care
- Must assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises
- Must handle meal planning, preparation and feeding
- Must properly manage household needs
- Must provide companionship and respite services for the family
- Must be available for Monday through Friday 6-8 hours a day
- Possibility that this turns into a split shift working 4 hours in the morning and 4 hours at night
