Job Summary
Provide daily care and supervision for students in a residential pre-K–12 environment. Model positive behavior, support students' routines, and reinforce life skills while maintaining a safe, inclusive home setting. Promote social-emotional growth by working closely with education and community services staff to nurture and guide students from diverse backgrounds. Assist in fostering academic, social, and personal thriving within the Milton Hershey School community.
