Caregiver

Conduct daily personal care, including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance, for assigned residents. Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and document care activities in the electronic health record. Provide companionship, meal preparation, and light housekeeping tasks to support resident well-being. Maintain a clean and safe environment while adhering to infection control protocols. Follow shift schedules, including on-call rotations as needed, and communicate updates to family members and the care team.
