Caregiver

Provide daily care and supervision for students in a residential pre-K–12 environment. Model positive behavior and promote social-emotional growth while supporting routines and reinforcing life skills. Work closely with education and community services staff to maintain a safe, inclusive home setting. Assist children from diverse backgrounds in thriving academically, socially, and personally. This role requires patience, dependability, and a passion for nurturing student development within the Milton Hershey School community.
