Caregiver

Conduct daily personal care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding, for assigned residents. Monitor vital signs, assist with mobility, and document all care activities in the resident's chart. Respond to calls promptly and report changes in condition to the nursing staff. Maintain a clean and safe environment by managing room supplies and coordinating with housekeeping.
