Caregiver

Provide daily care and supervision for students in a residential pre-K–12 environment, supporting routines and reinforcing life skills. Model positive behavior to promote social-emotional growth while working closely with education and community services staff to maintain a safe, inclusive home setting. Nurture and guide students from diverse backgrounds to thrive academically, socially, and personally within the Milton Hershey School community.
