Job Summary
Provide resident care in Assisted Living, assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and medication reminders) and documenting services according to the resident service plan. Support programming and operations, promote a safe environment, and maintain positive resident and team interactions. Training available to become a Medication Aide; opportunities for growth within Windsor Manor Grinnell. Part-time evening and overnight shifts with every-other-weekend requirements; competitive starting pay and benefits including paid medication aide training, 401(k), and health/dental/vision options.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one (1) year related health care experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- Criminal Background Screening
- Ability to work evenings, overnights, and weekends as scheduled
