Job Summary
Join Amada Senior Care as a Caregiver or CNA, providing essential support to seniors in their homes. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, fostering meaningful relationships, and ensuring a positive and respectful environment for clients. Candidates must be 21 years or older, have transportation, and possess a minimum of 1 year of experience with seniors or relevant training. Flexibility in scheduling is preferred but not mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- 21+ years of age
- Valid Texas Driver's License with auto insurance
- Reliable transportation with a clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year experience working with seniors or enrollment in a nursing program or completion of a CNA course
- Ability to pass national background check and be drug free
Desired Qualifications
- CNA training (preferred)
- Experience with Alzheimer's, Dementia, Stroke, Hospice care
- Cooking skills and awareness of balanced diet menus for seniors
