Job Summary
Provide personal hygiene assistance and in-home care for elderly or post-surgery clients, including assisting with bathing, dressing, eating, mobility, medication support, meal planning, light housekeeping, and accompanying clients to appointments or shopping. Requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, flexibility for nights/weekends, and prior healthcare/in-home care experience. Hoyer Lift experience is preferred. Work is in a one-on-one in-home setting with compassionate, patient care, reporting emergencies or incidents promptly, and maintaining health and safety standards. Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High School Diploma or equivalent/Experience as a Caregiver, CNA or HHA, or completion of a CNA Program
- Hoyer Lift Experience
- Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
- Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year)
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties
