Job Summary
Provide personal hygiene assistance, medication support, and mobility aid for elderly or post-surgery clients, including showering, dressing, and eating; assist with ambulation, medication administration, meal preparation, and light housekeeping; support daily living activities and accompany clients to appointments; requires lifting up to 50 pounds, valid driver’s license, flexibility to work nights/weekends, and prior experience in healthcare or in-home care; Hoyer lift experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent/Experience as a Caregiver, CNA or HHA, or completion of a CNA Program
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
- Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year)
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties
- Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
- Taken pride in providing high quality care
