Job Summary
Provide compassionate and competent care for residents by assisting with bathing, showering, grooming, dressing, and dining. Escort residents in wheelchairs and walking aids, while offering meal, activity, and medication reminder assistance. Answer resident call signals and participate in life enrichment activities. This role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and occasional travel to different locations. You must be punctual, professional, and passionate about working with the elderly.
