Job Summary
Provide compassionate and competent care for residents by performing bathing, showering, and grooming assistance, assisting with dining, and escorting residents in wheelchairs. Offer meal, activity, and medication reminder assistance while answering resident call signals and participating in life enrichment activities. Work part-time shifts from 6A-2P with every other weekend required, standing for long periods and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds. This role is part of StoryPoint's senior living communities, which serve seniors and families across multiple states with a focus on creating exceptional experiences through an employee-first mindset.

- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use hands to handle keyboard, telephone, paper, files, and other equipment and objects
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
- Ability to review detailed documents and read computer screens
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Appropriate interaction with others
- Ability to travel to different locations
