Job Summary
Provide hands-on physical and emotional support to residents while maintaining a safe, home-like environment. Check on assigned residents regularly, observe and document symptoms such as skin conditions, behavior, and dietary intake, and promptly respond to call bells or security alerts. Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and ambulation; manage continence products, serve food trays, and maintain cleanliness of rooms and work areas. Engage residents in life enrichment activities and greet all guests, family members, and team members. Work 12-hour shifts full time. Certified Nurse's Aid certification preferred; high school diploma required.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED
- Must be 18 years of age
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Nurse's Aid certification preferred
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred
