Job Summary
Provide in-home personal care as a Caregiver/CNA/PCA in the Roswell, GA area. Deliver ADL support (bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene), assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation, provide medication reminders, assist with meal planning and preparation to meet dietary needs, ensure proper nutrition and hydration, offer companionship, accompany clients to appointments and social activities, monitor health status, and document care provided. Build ongoing client relationships through consistent assignments; participate in ongoing training and development; work within flexible shifts and a supportive team environment. Must demonstrate compassionate, empathetic care and strong communication to follow care plans and collaborate with the care team.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred
- Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team
