Job Summary
Caregiver CNA PCA PRN responsible for delivering hands-on home care support, including assisting clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and transfers; promoting mobility and strength; monitoring health and vital signs; providing medication cues and documentation; meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and companionship; and advocating for safety with infection-control and fall-prevention protocols. Role requires CNA license (or PCA qualification), CPR/First Aid certification, TB test, and reliable transportation; emphasizes mentorship, professional growth, and client dignity in a caregiver-first home-care setting.
Required Qualifications
- Driver's License and Social Security Card
- Active CNA license for CNAs (state-specific)
- PCA Test Results for PCAs
- Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Recent negative TB test result (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation and ability to lift/transfer clients
- Basic computer/app skills for charting and communication
