Job Summary
Caregiver/CNA/PCA needed to provide in-home support in Milton, GA. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs (bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene), mobility/transfers, medication reminders, meal planning and preparation per dietary needs, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration, offering companionship, accompanying clients to appointments, and monitoring/communicating changes in health status. Document care provided and follow care plans. Requires compassionate, empathetic, and communicative individuals with ability to work as part of a team. Certifications in CPR and First Aid preferred. Flexible, part-time shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours. Education: high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Required Qualifications
