Job Summary
Provide personal care, household support, and companion services to adults following a written plan of care by a registered nurse. Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, and toileting, while preparing meals, performing light housekeeping, and facilitating range of motion exercises. Support patient mobility through ambulation assistance and transfers, and ensure medication reminders are completed. Travel to clients' homes as assigned to deliver compassionate, reliable care that promotes safety and independence.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one-year work verifiable experience
- CNA/ LNA License/Caregiver certificate
- Ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned
