Job Summary
Assist clients in their homes with daily activities, personal hygiene, mobility transfers, and meal preparation while managing household needs. Provide companionship and respite services to support family members. Maintain independence for clients through range of motion exercises and proper care support. This role requires a minimum of six months of PCA or CNA experience, a valid driver's license with an owned vehicle, and the ability to pass a background check and drug test. Flexible hours and a competitive salary with performance bonuses are available. We offer paid time off, holiday pay, and travel time reimbursement between clients.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months or more work experience as a PCA or CNA
- Previous experience in clients homes or senior communities(non family)
- Valid driver's license and owned vehicle
- Must be able to pass a national background check and drug test
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
