Job Summary
Provide in-home personal care to clients in their own residences, assisting with ADLs (bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene), mobility, transfers, and ambulation; administer medication reminders and support medication routines; plan and prepare meals per dietary needs; monitor nutrition and hydration; offer companionship and assist with appointments and social activities; observe, document, and report health changes to the care team; follow care plans and collaborate with colleagues. Requires compassionate, empathetic individuals with strong communication and teamwork skills; CPR/First Aid certification preferred; flexible part-time shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours; opportunities for ongoing training and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred
- Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred
