Job Summary
Provide essential in-home care to clients, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene; support mobility, transfers, and ambulation; deliver medication reminders and assist with medication management; plan and prepare meals adhering to dietary requirements; monitor nutrition and hydration; offer companionship and social interaction; accompany clients to appointments and activities; observe and report changes in health status; document care provided and noteworthy observations; work with the care team to follow individualized care plans. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, prior caregiving experience preferred, CPR/First Aid certification preferred, and strong communication and teamwork skills. Flexible scheduling with varied shifts (4 to 12 hours) in Alpharetta, GA.
Required Qualifications
