Job Summary
Assist clients with activities of daily living including ambulation, dressing, personal care, hygiene, and meal preparation. Help with mobility around the house or outside for appointments and walks, while performing light housekeeping duties clients cannot complete alone. Be a pleasant and supportive companion, reporting any unusual incidents to the office immediately. Must be at least 18 years old with the physical capability to lift up to 35 pounds, validated ability to act compassionately, and willingness to adhere to health, safety, and confidentiality standards. No experience required; we provide free training for certification.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
- Supportive, compassionate, and respectful of all persons
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds with the physical capability to perform job-related duties
- Willingness to adhere to health, safety, confidentiality, and other company standards
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
