Job Summary
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients; assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility); help with light housekeeping and meal preparation; provide medication reminders; maintain clear communication with clients, families, and care coordinators; deliver reliable care by arriving on time and completing scheduled shifts. Active CNA certification or HHA certificate is preferred and Massachusetts/CNAs are reignited by the role; favorable schedule flexibility and in-home care focus emphasize compassionate, dependable service in clients’ homes.
Required Qualifications
- Active CNA certification or HHA certificate (preferred)
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
- Experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, or hospitals is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation preferred
