Job Summary
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients; assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility); help with light housekeeping and meal preparation; provide medication reminders; maintain communication with clients, families, and care coordinators; ensure reliable care by arriving on time and completing scheduled shifts. Must have active CNA or HHA certification; experience in home care or related settings is a plus; flexible schedule with shifts near your location; benefits include direct deposit, orientation, and growth opportunities. Required Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts CNA certification or HHA certificate (preferred)
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
- Experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, or hospitals is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation preferred
- TB Screening (within the last 12 months)
- MMR Titer (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
- Varicella Titer (Chickenpox)
- Tetanus documentation
