Job Summary
Join our Assisted Living team as a Compassionate Caregiver (CNA or HCA). Provide daily living support to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and companionship. Monitor changes in residents’ condition, assist with meals, and encourage participation in programs. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment; complete documentation accurately and on time; support team spirit and positive community relations. Requires active WA CNA or HCA license; BLS certification (biennial); willingness to obtain First Aid, Food Handler, Dementia, and Mental Health certs. Flexible scheduling with full-time day or night shifts, shift differentials, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time status.
Required Qualifications
- Active Washington State CNA or HCA license
- BLS certification every 2 years; will help obtain
- Current First Aid, Food Handler’s, Dementia and Mental Health certs preferred – we will help you obtain!
