Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting while supporting mobility and transfers within the facility. Administer medications under training, engage residents in meaningful activities, and perform light housekeeping and meal assistance. Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership and respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations. Work the NOC shift (10PM-6AM) with availability for every other weekend, with all shifts open for part-time or full-time roles.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience
- Must be at least 18 years old
- NOC Shift (10PM-6AM) Availability
- All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
Desired Qualifications
- CNA Certification preferred, but not required
- Ability to pass medications (we'll train you!)
- CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred
- Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred)
